Thank you Krista for cleaning up the big mess left by one of our client community. This happens and is a risk we accept when we are open 24/7. We've left a sign indicating that food left on the ground or in open containers is a primary attractant for rats and provides an easy meal that can lead to rapid rat population growth. When possible, part of a large donation of non-perishable food can be left in the storage area at the back.

Thank you David (Centretown Community Food Centre) for making CCFC surplus food available and to Ottawa Public Foods Ward Walker for picking up and delivering it to our fridge and pantry!

Thanks Masters and Dogs (Westboro) for their donation of dog and cat food. Centretown pet owners will be happy!

Thank you Krista for this food purchase (thanks to a $75 donation) and delivery yesterday (Feb. 17). Much appreciated. The delivery consisted of eggs, milk,

muffins and frozen entrees, which were all on sale and disappeared quickly as people were waiting.
